At Ana Karina Balloons, our priority is to ensure you receive high-quality products for your celebrations. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns policy.

1. Why We Don’t Accept Returns
   Once an order has been processed or delivered, it cannot be returned. This is because our products, such as balloons and party supplies, are sensitive to handling, hygiene, and environmental conditions. Returning them would compromise their quality and safety.
2. Order Adjustments and Cancellations
   We understand that plans can change. While we do not accept returns, you may request changes or cancellations to your order up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. After this window, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled, changed, or returned.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
   If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@akballoons.com. Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
