Delivery
For custom event decor we offer a wider range in Southern Ontario beyond our regular Toronto and the GTA range for delivery products. Installation availability, timing and fees depend on your location, order and event date.
Yes, for custom installations we offer a wider range of products including custom backdrops, tassels, LED Marquee Letters and Numbers and many other custom creations we either do ourselves or subcontract with our trusted partners.

Yes! We understand some large venues require that only companies with the proper insurance and needed certifications can do installations. We have all the necessary requirements to make your dream event happen.
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are here to assist you with any necessary adjustments to your address or delivery date.
To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you make any changes to your address or installation date at least 5 business days before your initial order date. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure timely delivery to the correct location.
Please keep in mind for bigger installations some days may be fully booked.

Absolutely! We can add messages, logos and even photos to your balloons. We offer a high level of customization and personalization in our creations, from adding your own messaging or branding all the way to recreating it using balloons with our custom balloon mosaics and balloon murals.
