What area do you cover for delivery?

We are thrilled to inform you that our balloon decoration delivery service covers the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Whether you're in downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, or any other neighborhood within the GTA, we've got you covered!

In the event that your location falls outside of our standard delivery coverage, we kindly request that you fill out our personalized service form. This will enable us to assess the feasibility of delivering to your specific location and provide you with the best possible solution to meet your needs.

Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives our top-notch service, no matter the location. Therefore, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through the personalized service form if you have any concerns or if your venue is outside the GTA.

Can I change the delivery address or date?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are here to assist you with any necessary adjustments to your address or delivery date.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you make any changes to your address or delivery date at least 2 business days before your initial order date. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure timely delivery to the correct location.

For your convenience, we have a dedicated service line that you can contact to request these changes. Can I pick up my order?

We are delighted to inform you that we offer a convenient pickup option for our customers. Once you have placed your order, you can simply select the "Pickup in studio" option during the checkout process. The best part is, this option does not incur any additional charges!

Our studio is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing you with ample opportunities to collect your order at a time that suits you. Our studio is located at 2700 Dufferin St, Toronto, ON M6B 4J3, Unit 24. On weekends, after business hour and holidays our pick up service is not available but your balloons can be easily pre-schedule for delivery.

Picking up your order from our studio allows you to have more control over the delivery process. Not to mention, it also gives you a chance to visit our creative space and see our balloon decorations up close!

Do you sell uninflated balloons?

We specialize in providing a full-service experience, including the design, inflation, and installation of customized balloon arrangements for events. Our team of talented balloon artists is dedicated to bringing your vision to life and ensuring that your event is truly exceptional.

At our balloon art studio, our focus is on creating memorable moments of celebration through our creative balloon decorations. As such, we do not sell deflated balloons or materials for use with balloons.

We understand that your event is approaching quickly, and while some custom decorations may need a specific time frame beyond a week, we surely can offer you a wide range of beautiful balloon décor that will enhance your celebration. If my balloons deflate very quickly, what do I do?

At our studio, we work exclusively with balloons and supplies of the highest quality and latest technology. This ensures that your balloons will maintain their vibrant appearance for extended periods of time.

With our expert balloon inflation techniques and premium materials, we can confidently assure you that your balloons will stay inflated and look fantastic for a minimum of 24 hours. You can have peace of mind knowing that we take great care in ensuring the longevity of our balloon arrangements.

However, if you encounter any issues with deflation or have any concerns during your event, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our team is here to assist you and make any necessary adjustments to keep your balloons looking their best.

What do you use to weight down your balloons with?

At Ana Karina Balloons, we are committed to the environment and take pride in using only 100% biodegradable latex balloons. We have chosen to utilize water balloons as weights. Water balloons offer a unique and visually appealing option while also effectively securing the balloons in position. They are also environmentally friendly and can be easily emptied and disposed of without causing harm.

Alternative, we offer reusable weights made from recycled materials as option, which can be substituted from water balloons upon request.

What do you use to hang your balloon garlands?

We want to assure you that we prioritize the care of surfaces that will be decorated with our balloons.

Today, there are various tools and techniques available that allow us to hang balloon garlands without causing any damage to the surfaces like damage-free command hooks. We use specially materials that are gentle on the surfaces and leave no residue behind. These tools and techniques ensure that everything will look dazzling while also providing you with peace of mind that there will be no inconvenience or subsequent damage.

Additionally, we are pleased to offer our Teardown service for events. Our expert team will take care of removing all the balloons and decorations after your event, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

How far in advance should I place an order with installation?

How do I care for my balloons?

We want to ensure that your balloons look fantastic throughout your event. Here are some tips to help you take care of them:

Once your balloons are delivered to your home, we recommend taking them out of their packaging and inspecting them to ensure they are in perfect condition.

It's also important to be mindful of air currents that could directly impact the balloons. Avoid placing them near open windows, fans, heaters or any other source of airflow that could cause them to deflate or move around excessively.

Our balloons are designed solely for display purposes and are not to be used as toys. To maintain optimal condition, we recommend placing the balloons at room temperature with not direct sunlight.

If your balloon arrangement includes a weight with a water balloon, be sure to place it on a clean surface. Avoid placing it near objects that could potentially burst the balloon, such as sharp edges or pointed items.

How long do helium balloons last?

In order to ensure that your balloons look their best for your event, we recommend scheduling the delivery on the day of your celebration. Please keep in mind that we treat balloons with an special product to last longer than average balloons, therefore floating times past your event date are possible.

It's important to note that once balloons are taken outside, indoor float times no longer apply. Factors such as temperature, humidity, and sunlight can affect the float time of helium-filled balloons, so we encourage our customers to plan accordingly.

To help maximize the longevity of your balloons, we recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, and abrasive surfaces. Taking these precautions can help preserve their appearance and float time.

What are your balloons made out of?

Our Latex balloons are made of 100% biodegradable materials. By using biodegradable materials for our balloons, we aim to minimize the impact on the environment. Natural latex is combined with pigments to create a beautifully colorful product that is 100% bio-based. These materials are designed to break down naturally over time, reducing waste and the potential harm to ecosystems.

In our commitment to sustainability, we reuse and recycle all products whenever possible. This includes reusing cardboard, foam board, packing bags, boxes and foil balloons whenever possible. Additionally, we properly sort and recycle the materials we use to reduce our environmental impact.

We encourage our customers to reuse their balloons whenever possible. A simple trick to release the helium from a foil balloon is to insert a straw into the valve. This allows you to enjoy your balloons and then deflate them for future use. When you're ready to reinflate the balloon, simply fill it with air or helium once again.

If reusing the balloons isn't your preference but you still want to ensure they don't end up in the landfill, you can always return them to us for recycling. We are more than happy to accept used balloons and handle the recycling process for you.
