With regards to customisation and delivery/collection, Ana Karina Balloons reserves the right to creative license over its products and will provide personalisation in the most effective way for the size, shape, and layout of the chosen product. It is advisable to select delivery for the day prior to account for any delays. Most of our products are available for delivery within a set radius of Ana Karina Balloons. If a collection is requested and the balloons are not picked up on the desired date, no refund will be available.

With regards to stock restrictions, Ana Karina Balloons will work to ensure that products are as advertised, but small amendments may be made to the bunch, or the balloon received.

If you need to make changes to your order, Ana Karina Balloons will always try to be accommodating where possible. Refunds or exchanges are not available for inflated and personalised orders. Due to their perishable nature, they cannot be resold.

Lastly, Ana Karina Balloons may process your personal information for its legitimate business interests. The company does not sell customer information or data to any third party supplier, and their legitimate business interests do not automatically override your interests.
