Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. For most orders, you can easily request changes or cancellations up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. However, please note that this policy does not apply to custom requests.

Once the 5-day window has passed, the order becomes final and non-refundable. This is because, at Ana Karina Balloons, we take proactive steps to prepare for your order, such as purchasing inventory, starting production, and reserving a delivery or pickup slot. We source materials and accessories immediately upon order placement and build arrangements according to your specific event specifications. Therefore, once this process has begun, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.

To request a change or cancellation within the eligible 5-day window, please send an email to our team at info@akballoons.com. Please remember that changes and cancellations must be made via email to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient communication.
